BLUETOOTH LASER DISTANCE METERS

Floor Plan Creator can connect Bluetooth laser distance meters. Measurements from your laser meter can be automatically transferred and applied to floor plan elements. This functionality is available in the Android app and also in the Web version. Web version uses the experimental Web Bluetooth API to connect Bluetooth Low Energy laser distance meters.

This functionality should be available on the following platforms:

• Android app (supports both Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy laser meters)
• Web version on computers with Chrome, Edge or Opera. On Linux it might be necessary to enable the experimental web platform features flag in Chrome: chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features
• Web version on iPhone, iPad: The only browser that supports Web Bluetooth is WebBLE.
